FAMILY LAW AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 181 of 1987 - SECT 60

Operation of State and Territory laws

60. Section 114AB of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by inserting in subsection (1) "70C, 70D," after "Sections"; and
(b) by inserting in subsection (2) "70C, 70D," after "section".
