FAMILY LAW AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 181 of 1987 - SECT 68

68. (1) Notwithstanding the amendments of section 114 of the Principal Act
made by this Act, that section continues to apply in relation to proceedings
instituted before the commencement of this Act as if those amendments had not
been made.

(2) Notwithstanding the amendments of section 114 of the Principal Act made by
this Act, sections 114 and 114AA of the Principal Act continue to apply in
relation to injunctions granted under the first-mentioned section (whether
before or after the commencement of this Act) as if those amendments had not
been made.
