FAMILY LAW AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 181 of 1987 - SECT 9

Conciliation 
9. Section 14 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (4) "the children of the marriage" and
substituting "their children"; and

   (b)  by omitting from subsection (5) "and to any child of the marriage" and
        substituting "or to any of their children".
