FISHING LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 176 of 1987 - SECT 16

16. Section 7B of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection
(8) the following subsection:

"(8A) The Minister and the Secretary shall, in the performance of their
functions and the exercise of their powers generally under this Act, have
regard to the effects, either direct or indirect, that the performance of the
functions and exercise of the powers may have in relation to any plan or plans
of management.".
