FISHING LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 176 of 1987 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Act shall come into operation
on the twenty-eighth day after the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Sections 20 and 21 shall come into operation on a day to be fixed by
Proclamation.

(3) Subsections 27 (2) and (3), 32 (2) and 35 (2) shall come into operation on
the sixtieth day after the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
