FISHING LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 176 of 1987 - SECT 23

23. Section 14 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (2) (a) "or" (last occurring); and

   (b)  by inserting after paragraph (2) (b) the following word and paragraph:

"; or (ba) in a record, report, return or other document relating to fishing
made, given or furnished, or purporting to be made, given or furnished, under
this Act, the regulations or a plan of management, makes a statement or
furnishes information that is, to the knowledge of the person, false or
misleading in a material particular;".
