FISHING LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 176 of 1987 - SECT 25

25. Section 17 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph
(1) (e) the following paragraph:

"(ea) for facilitating the exercise by officers of their powers under section
10;".
