FISHING LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 176 of 1987 - SECT 31

31. Section 23 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end of
subsections (1) and (2) "or, if regulations for the purposes of this
subsection specify a different period in relation to all licences to which
this subsection applies, or in relation to a class of those licences that
includes the licence, a day in the period so specified".
