FAMILY LAW AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 37 of 1991 - SECT 3

3. Section 12 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from subsections (1), (2), (3), (4) and (6)

"Attorney-General" (wherever occurring) and substituting "Minister";

   (b)  by omitting subsection (7) and substituting the following subsection:

"(7) A list of all organisations approved under this section (other than
organisations whose approvals have been revoked) must be published annually in
such manner as the Minister considers appropriate.".
