Fishing Legislation Amendment Act (No. 2) 1984 No. 152 of 1984 - SECT 26

26. Section 60 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph
(1) (c) the following paragraph:

"(ca) providing for the remission or refund of levy under the Fisheries 
Licences Levy Act 1984 , or fees under this Act, in specified circumstances;".
