Freedom of Information Amendment Act 1983 No. 81 of 1983 - SECT 31

31. Section 56 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (1)
(b) ''period of 60 days or such other period as is applicable by virtue of
regulations under sub-section 19 (2) has elapsed'' and substituting ''relevant
period, in relation to that request, for the purposes of section 19, has
expired''.
