Freedom of Information Amendment Act 1983 No. 81 of 1983 - SECT 42

42. Section 91 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (1) (a)
and substituting the following paragraph:

''(a) the access was required by this Act to be given or would, but for the
operation of sub-section 12 (2) or of that sub-section as modified by
regulations made in pursuance of sub-section 12 (3), have been so required to
be given; or''.
