FINANCIAL SECTOR (SHAREHOLDINGS) ACT 1998No. 55, 1998 - SECT 45

Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act 1975 and this Act to operate independently of each other (1) This Act and the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act 1975 operate independently of each other.

(2) In particular, a decision under either Act has effect only for the purposes of the Act concerned.
