FUEL SECURITY ACT 2021 (NO. 65, 2021) - SECT 19

                   An entity holds stocks of an MSO product if:

                     (a)  the entity is the holder of the stocks under section 22, 23, 24 or 25; and

                     (b)  the stocks are not excluded under section 20.
