FUEL (PENALTY SURCHARGES) ADMINISTRATION ACT 1997 No. 166 of 1997 - SECT 21
Authorised officers may request persons to answer questions etc.
If an authorised officer has reasonable grounds to believe that a person is a
person dealing in fuel, the authorised officer may, with the consent of the
person, request the person:
(a) to answer any question in relation to the
fuel that is put to the person by the authorised officer; and
(b) to produce to the authorised officer any fuel record that is required
to be maintained or carried by the person in relation to the fuel.
