FOREIGN STATES IMMUNITIES ACT 1985 No. 196 of 1985 - SECT 13

Personal injury and damage to property
13. A foreign State is not immune in a proceeding in so far as the proceeding
concerns -

   (a)  the death of, or personal injury to, a person; or

   (b)  loss of or damage to tangible property, caused by an act or omission
        done or omitted to be done in Australia.
