FOREIGN STATES IMMUNITIES ACT 1985 No. 196 of 1985 - SECT 35

35. (1) This Part applies in relation to a separate entity of a foreign State
that is the central bank or monetary authority of the foreign State as it
applies in relation to the foreign State.

(2) Subject to sub-section (1), this Part applies in relation to a separate
entity of the foreign State as it applies in relation to the foreign State if,
in the proceeding concerned -

   (a)  the separate entity would, apart from the operation of section 10,
        have been immune from the jurisdiction; and

   (b)  it has submitted to the jurisdiction.
