FOREIGN TAKEOVERS AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 93 of 1976 - SECT 11

11. The power to make regulations for the purposes of section 26 of the
Principal Act as amended by this Act extends to the making of regulations
expressed to take effect on and from 1 January 1976.
