FOREIGN TAKEOVERS AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 93 of 1976 - SECT 2
Commencement.
2. (1) Sections 1 and 2, sub-section 3 (2) and sections 5, 9, 11 and 12 shall
come into operation on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.*1*
(2) The remaining provisions of this Act shall be deemed to have come into
operation on 1 January 1976.
