1  At the end of section 592

Add:

             (4)  At a conference, the FWC may:

                     (a)  mediate or conciliate; or

                     (b)  make a recommendation or express an opinion.

             (5)  Subsection (4) does not limit what the FWC may do at a conference.

2  Subsection 595(5)

Omit "any of the powers referred to in subsection (2) or (3)", substitute "the power referred to in subsection (3)".
