GREAT BARRIER REEF MARINE PARK AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 105 of 1988 - SECT 23

23. After section 53 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Investment of money

"53A. Money of the Authority not immediately required for the purposes of the
Authority may be invested:

   (a)  on deposit with an approved bank within the meaning of section 63E of
        the Audit Act 1901;

   (b)  in Commonwealth securities; or

   (c)  in any other manner approved by the Treasurer.".
