GREAT BARRIER REEF MARINE PARK AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 121 of 1991 - SECT 9

General powers of inspectors 
9. Section 48 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following subsection:

"(6) A reference in this section to an offence against this Act does not
include an offence against Part VIIA.".
