GRANTS COMMISSION ACT 1975 No. 59 of 1975 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to sub-section (2), this Act shall come into operation on the
day on which it receives the Royal Assent.*

(2) The amendment effected by paragraph 3 (b) shall be deemed to have come
into operation on 1 October 1974.
