GOAT FIBRE LEVY COLLECTION ACT 1989 No. 143 of 1989 - SECT 18
Delegation by Secretary
18. (1) The Secretary may, by signed instrument, delegate to the person
occupying an office in the Department all or any of the Secretary's powers
under this Act.
(2) A delegate is, in the exercise of a delegated power, subject to the
directions of the Secretary.
