GOAT FIBRE LEVY COLLECTION ACT 1989 No. 143 of 1989 - SECT 8

8. The following amounts may be recovered by the Commonwealth as debts due to
the Commonwealth:

   (a)  levy that is due and payable;

   (b)  an amount payable under subsection 5 (1);

   (c)  an amount payable under section 6.
