Grain (Export Inspection Charge) Amendment Act 1983 No. 43 of 1983 - SECT 4

4. Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (3) and
substituting the following sub-section:

''(3) The rate of charge in respect of grain shall not exceed-

   (a)  in the case of grain that is shipped for export in bulk other than in
        a container system unit-33 cents per tonne;

   (b)  in the case of grain that is shipped for export in bags other than in
        a container system unit-40 cents per tonne; and

   (c)  in the case of grain that is shipped for export in a container system
        unit-$1.46 per tonne.''.
