GRAPE RESEARCH LEVY COLLECTION ACT 1986 No. 64 of 1986 - SECT 14

14. (1) An application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for
review of a decision to refuse to remit the whole or part of an amount under
sub-section 7 (3).

(2) Where the Minister or an authorised person makes a decision under
sub-section 7 (3) and gives to the person whose interests are affected by the
decision notice in writing of the decision, that notice shall include a
statement to the effect that, subject to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal 
Act 1975 , an application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal
for review of the decision by or on behalf of any person whose interests are
affected by the decision.

(3) Any failure to comply with the requirements of sub-section (2) in relation
to a decision does not affect the validity of the decision.
