GENE TECHNOLOGY ACT 2000 - SECT 131
Recovery of amounts
The following amounts may be recovered in a court of competent jurisdiction as
debts due to the Commonwealth:
- (a)
- amounts payable to the Commonwealth under the Gene Technology (Licence
Charges) Act 2000 ;
- (b)
- fees payable to the Commonwealth under this Act, the regulations or a
corresponding State law;
- (c)
- amounts payable to the Commonwealth in connection with the performance of
the Regulator's functions.
