GENE TECHNOLOGY ACT 2000 - SECT 135
Seconded officers
The Regulator may be assisted by the following:
- (a)
- persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999 ;
- (b)
- officers and employees of Commonwealth authorities;
- (c)
- officers and employees of State agencies;
whose services are made available to the Regulator in connection with the
performance or exercise of any of the Regulator's functions or powers.
