GENE TECHNOLOGY ACT 2000 - SECT 136
Annual Report
- (1)
- As soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, the Regulator
must prepare and give to the Minister a report on the operations of the
Regulator during that year.
- (2)
- The Minister must cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House
of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of the day on which the report was
given to the Minister.
- (3)
- The Regulator must give a copy of the report to each State.
