- (1)
- The Regulator must issue an identity card to an inspector.
- (2)
- The identity card:
- (a)
- must be in the form prescribed by the regulations; and
- (b)
- must contain a recent photograph of the inspector.
- (3)
- If a person to whom an identity card has been issued ceases to be an
inspector, the person must return the identity card to the Regulator as soon
as practicable.
Maximum penalty: 1 penalty unit.

- (4)
- An inspector must carry his or her identity card at all times when
exercising powers or performing functions as an inspector.
