Housing Assistance Act 1981 No. 70 of 1981 - SECT 4

4. The execution, by or on behalf of the Commonwealth, of an agreement between
the Commonwealth and any State or States substantially in accordance with the
form contained in Schedule 1 (including any agreement to be entered into, from
time to time, in accordance with the provisions of that first-mentioned
agreement that relate to the variation of that agreement) is authorized.
