HOUSING ASSISTANCE ACT 1989 No. 7 of 1990 - SECT 11
Allocation among the States of specific grants
11. The Minister, in authorising specific grants to be made in a grant year,
is to ensure that the amounts of those grants are allocated among the States
in accordance with their needs as determined by the Minister.
