HOUSING ASSISTANCE ACT 1989 No. 7 of 1990 - SECT 2

Commencement 
2. (1) This Act, other than section 21, commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Section 21 shall be taken to have commenced on 1 July 1989.
