Health Acts Amendment Act 1981 No. 118 of 1981 - SECT 40

Prosecutions 

40. Section 129AC of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-sections (1) and (2) ''or 129AA'' (wherever
        occurring) and substituting '', 129AA or 129AAA''; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (3) ''or of section 129AA'' and
        substituting '', 129AA or 130C''.
