HOME AND COMMUNITY CARE (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1985 No. 185 of 1985 - SECT 43

Certain provisions to cease to have effect

43. Sub-sections 7 (1), (2), (3) and (4) of the Appropriation Act (No.2)
1985-86 cease to have effect as soon as both that Act and this Act have
received the Royal Assent.
