HOME AND COMMUNITY CARE (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1985 No. 185 of 1985 - SECT 6

6. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended -
(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) "organization" (wherever occurring)
and substituting "organisation"; and

   (b)  by adding at the end the following sub-section:

"(4) The Secretary shall not give an approval under paragraph (1) (a) or (b)
on or after the prescribed commencement day.".
