HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 211 of 1991 - LONG TITLE

An Act to amend the National Health Act 1953 in relation to
private health insurance, nursing homes and pharmaceutical
benefits, to amend the Health Insurance Act 1973 in relation to
diagnostic imaging and pathology services, to repeal certain
redundant provisions of the Health Insurance Amendment Act 1982,
to amend the Aged or Disabled Persons Homes Act 1954 in relation
to hostels and community aged care services, to amend certain
other Acts relating to health and community services, and for
incidental purposes
