HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 211 of 1991 - SECT 23

23. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1)
the following definitions:

"physiotherapist" means a person registered or licensed to practise
physiotherapy under a law of a State or Territory that provides for the
registration or licensing of physiotherapists;

"podiatrist" means a person registered or licensed to practise podiatry under
a law of a State or Territory that provides for the registration or licensing
of podiatrists;".
