HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 211 of 1991 - SECT 33

33. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (dc) of
the definition of "basic private table" or "basic table" in subsection (1) and
substituting the following paragraph:

"(dc) in respect of hospital treatment provided to a person in a day hospital
facility for the purpose of permitting the provision to the person at the day
hospital facility of:
    (i)   type-A professional attention; or


        (ii)   type-B professional attention; or

        (iii)  professional attention that is, under subsection 4C(3), taken
               to be professional attention to which this paragraph applies; a
               benefit equal to the amount that, under the determination made
               by the Minister under paragraph 4D(1)(b), is payable in respect
               of that hospital treatment;".
