HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 192 of 1992 - SECT 21

21. Section 40AFA of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (3)
and substituting the following subsection:

"(3) The following matters are as determined by the Minister from time to
time:

   (a)  the classification of patients;

   (b)  the principles by reference to which the classifications are to be
        given to particular patients;

   (c)  the principles by reference to which the classifications of patients
        are to be reviewed;

   (d)  the period of effect of a classification given to a patient.".
