HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1993 No. 76 of 1993 - SECT 2

2.(1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Paragraph 29(h) and sections 30, 31 and 32 commence on a day to be fixed
by Proclamation.

(3) Paragraphs 29(i), 37(b) and 38(b), section 47 and paragraph 50(1)(d)
commence on a day to be fixed by Proclamation.

(4) The day fixed for the purposes of subsection (3) must not be earlier than
the day on which the Mutual Recognition Convention enters into force in
relation to Australia.
