HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1993 No. 76 of 1993 - SECT 33

33.(1) Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (1) "used or labelled" (wherever occurring)
and substituting "used, advertised, or presented for supply";
(b) by omitting from subsection (3) "notice" and substituting "order".

(2) A declaration in force under section 7 of the Principal Act immediately
before the commencement of this Act has effect after that commencement as if:

   (a)  the declaration had been made under section 7 of the Principal Act as
        amended by this Act; and

   (b)  any reference in the declaration to goods being labelled in a
        particular way were a reference to the goods being advertised or
        presented for supply when labelled in that way.
