HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1993 No. 76 of 1993 - SECT 35

Therapeutic goods and gazetted groups

35. Section 16 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting after subsection (3) the following subsection:

"(3A) The Secretary may, by order published in the Gazette, determine that a
group of kits identified in the order is a gazetted kits group.";

   (b)  by omitting from subsection (4) "subsection (2) or (3)" and
        substituting "subsection (2), (3) or (3A)".
