HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1993 No. 76 of 1993 - SECT 49

Export certifications

49.(1) Section 58 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (3)(a)
and substituting the following paragraph:

"(a) an application for a certification under this section; and".

(2) The amendment made by subsection (1) does not apply in relation to an
application pending under section 58 of the Principal Act at the commencement
of this Act.
