Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered ActsAn asset is taken to be an investment of the Housing Australia Future Fund if the Future Fund Board becomes the holder of the financial asset as a result of:
(a) the Board's holding of an investment of the Fund; or
(b) the exercise of any rights or powers conferred on the Board in its capacity as the holder of an investment of the Fund.
