HOSPITALS AND HEALTH SERVICES COMMISSION ACT 1973 No. 211 of 1973 - SECT 22

22. (1) For the purposes of the Superannuation Act 1922-1973, the full-time
Commissioners shall be taken to be persons who are required, by the terms of
their appointment, to give the whole of their time to the duties of their
offices.

(2) For the purposes of that Act, the termination under sub-section 14 (1) of
the appointment of a full-time Commissioner by reason of his physical or
mental incapacity shall be deemed to be retirement on the ground of
invalidity.
