HOSPITALS AND HEALTH SERVICES COMMISSION ACT 1973 No. 211 of 1973 - SECT 30

30. The Commission shall not, without the approval of the Minister-

   (a)  enter into any contract involving the payment or receipt by the
        Commission of an amount exceeding $20,000; or

   (b)  enter into a lease of land for a period exceeding 10 years.
