HIGH COURT JUSTICES (LONG LEAVE PAYMENTS) ACT 1979

No. 89 of 1979 An Act to make provision for payments, in lieu of long leave,
on the retirement or death of Justices of the High Court.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows: Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the High Court Justices (Long Leave Payments) Act
1979.*1*
