HIGH COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1979 No. 137 of 1979 - SECT 37

37. Moneys paid to the High Court under section 35 shall be applied only-

   (a)  in payment or discharge of the costs and expenses of the
        administration of the affairs of the Court under section 17; and

   (b)  in payment of any remuneration and allowances payable under this Act
        to any person other than a Justice.
